One year ago today we got the best news of our lives. It was our first month "trying" and of course I was anxious to find out if we were expecting or not. I had taken a cheapie Dollar Tree test early in the morning on Tuesday, October 5th, 2010 and I thought I saw the faintest of lines, but I was sure I was imagining it. So on my way home from work, I stopped by WalMart to get a better test. I came home, took it and saw two lines! Then I took a digital one just to be sure. I couldn't believe it when it immediately came back and said pregnant! I was going to wait and tell Mario when he got home, but then he called and said that he was stuck in traffic. So I couldn't hold it in and I told him! He came home and picked me up so that we could go to dinner for our friends Ana and Mauricio's wedding anniversary. I remember sitting at dinner and going between grinning from ear to ear and feeling shocked! It's hard to believe that it's been a year already and now our little man is almost 4 months old! What an awesome year it has been!
